Connector and cable assembly samples from different manufacturers, sorted by family next to a specification sheet

Cable assembly manufacturers for every type of project

We do not work with a single manufacturer. Our network of cable assembly manufacturers brings together makers of connectors, terminals and cable, custom cable assembly manufacturers and specialists in particular processes. For each supply we compare the candidates that fit the requirement and assign the most suitable one: the manufacturer is selected for the project, not the other way round.

How we work

We choose cable assembly manufacturers according to what each project requires

Our network of cable assembly manufacturers exists because comparing capacity, documentation and cost across manufacturers takes years of contacts and checks that most industrial companies cannot take on. We locate and vet candidates for each specific request, and choose according to the criterion you indicate: cost, documentation, lead time or availability. That flexibility avoids depending on a single source when a viable alternative exists for your case.

Physical manufacturing is carried out by the cable assembly manufacturer or supplier selected for each project. Justicia Marin defines the requirement with the customer, compares candidates, coordinates the documentation and manages the agreed supply.

What we compare

What we compare within the network of cable assembly manufacturers

Selection by criterion

Every project prioritises something different: cost, documentation, lead time or availability. That criterion, not a fixed package, decides which manufacturer in the network we assign.

Technical capability

We confirm that the manufacturer can supply or make what is required, whether it is a standard component, a compatible alternative or a custom assembly.

Certification and traceability

When the project requires it, we choose manufacturers able to provide the traceability and documentation required, according to the availability they confirm.

Documentation

Manufacturer certificates, declarations of conformity and inspection reports are agreed in writing before the order, within the quoted scope.

Lead times

We compare delivery time and availability among the candidates in the network when the urgency of the project requires it.

Compatible alternatives

If your part number is discontinued or has a long lead time, we look within the network for a potentially compatible alternative. It is not an automatic replacement: the substitution is compared and validated with you before it is closed.

Certificates and declarations belong to the manufacturer or supplier that issues them; Justicia Marin coordinates their request and availability when they are part of the agreed scope. Not all manufacturers offer the same documentary depth, which is why the documentation required is one of the criteria that decide the choice.

On recurring orders we aim to keep the same source for as long as it remains viable and continues to meet the agreed requirements; we do not change manufacturer arbitrarily between orders. If availability, lead time, cost or the requirement itself changes, an alternative can be studied before replacing it. When a technically viable alternative exists, the network of cable assembly manufacturers makes it possible to compare it without depending on a single source, and the substitution is validated with you when the project requires it.

What is inside the network

Profiles of cable assembly manufacturers in the network

We do not publish an open directory: the network of cable assembly manufacturers is our asset and your advantage. What we do tell you is which profiles make it up and what level of demand each one covers. In each quote, the scope, conditions and documentation available for that supply are set out in writing.

When we speak of a verified manufacturer we mean that we check the information relevant to the supply: declared capacity, samples where applicable, available documentation and previous experience where it exists. It does not imply a factory audit or an approval issued by Justicia Marin.

How we choose the cable assembly manufacturer for each order

01

We analyse the need

We review your bill of materials, drawing or part number and the criterion your project prioritises.

02

We identify candidate manufacturers

Within the network we identify the profiles that can supply or make that part number, or propose a compatible alternative.

03

We compare capacity and conditions

We compare declared capacity, cost, lead time and available documentation among the valid candidates.

04

We check the documentation

We check that the documentation the manufacturer can provide fits what your project requires.

05

We choose among valid manufacturers

We assign the manufacturer that best meets the agreed criterion: cost, documentation, lead time or availability.

06

We present the proposal

We return a quote with real options and the scope in writing, usually within one working day.
