This site allows you to gather part numbers and send a quote request. These terms explain what exactly that request means, what value the prices shown have and at what moment an agreement really exists.
1. This site does not sell online
justiciamarin.com is an informational and catalogue site aimed at professional customers. There is no direct purchase: there is no online ordering process, no shopping cart, no payment gateway and no electronic contracting.
The tool available in the catalogue is a quote request cart: it serves to group the part numbers you are interested in and send them to us conveniently.
2. Adding part numbers is not buying
Adding a product to your request does not generate any order, any stock reservation or any obligation to pay. You can change the quantities or empty the request at any time.
The selection is stored only in your browser, expires 7 days after the last change and is not sent to any server until you decide to request the quote.
3. The prices shown are indicative
- The prices published are indicative and serve as an initial reference of magnitude.
- They do not include VAT or transport, unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Quantity prices, when shown, reflect indicative price breaks and do not constitute a firm offer.
- Some part numbers are shown as “Price on request”: for these the amount depends on the quantity, the lead time and the availability at the time of the enquiry.
- Prices may vary without notice depending on the cost at source, the quantity, logistics and availability.
4. What happens when you send a request
By sending the request you pass us your interest and the information needed to study it. From there:
- We review the part numbers, quantities and requirements you indicate.
- We confirm availability, lead time and price with the relevant manufacturers and suppliers.
- We send you a quote with price, lead time, conditions and, where appropriate, the associated documentation.
Sending the request does not oblige you to accept the quote, nor does it oblige us to supply on the indicative conditions shown on the site.
5. When an agreement exists
An agreement is only formed when, after receiving our quote, you expressly accept it in writing (for example, by email) and we confirm that acceptance. Only at that moment are price, quantity, lead time and conditions fixed.
Until then, no information published on the site and no request sent constitutes a binding offer or a contract.
6. Validity of quotes
Each quote states its own period of validity. Outside that period, the conditions must be confirmed again, since availability and cost at source may have changed.
7. Technical information and equivalents
The technical information in the catalogue is indicative and must be verified for each specific application. When a part number is not available, we may propose an equivalent alternative: that proposal is documented and requires your prior approval. We do not substitute part numbers without authorisation.
The final suitability of the component for your application must always be validated by the customer, who is the one who knows the design, the working environment and the requirements of the final product.
8. Quantities and availability
There is no universal minimum order: it depends on the part number and on the manufacturer or supplier. Very small quantities may have a higher unit price, and some part numbers are only supplied in multiples of a pack. Where this is the case, it is stated in the quote before you decide.
9. Documentation and certifications
The certificates and declarations that may accompany a supply are those issued by the relevant manufacturer or supplier. If your project requires specific documentation, state it in the request: we will confirm before the order what can really be provided and what cannot.
10. Data protection
The data you give us when requesting a quote is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated. The version that applies to each request is the one published at the moment it is sent, with the update date shown at the beginning.
