We take responsibility for what we deliver, wherever it comes from. At Justicia Marin, quality and cable assembly traceability are defined before the order: which requirements apply, which documentation accompanies the material, which incoming inspection is carried out and how each supply is recorded. It is agreed in writing in the quote; it is not improvised when an issue appears.
How we understand quality
Quality here is not a generic promise; it is a defined scope. Three things that are often confused should be kept apart: incoming inspection is the review of the material received as agreed; verification or testing is a specific technical check the project requires; and traceability is the link between what is delivered and its order, part number, batch and documentation. All three are sized per project, not as a fixed package.
Incoming inspection is defined in the quote according to the type of supply: identification and condition of the material and, when the scope includes it, dimensional checks or sampling. Not every supply requires the same level of control.
When the supply justifies it, we validate with samples from the selected manufacturer before launching a quantity. You approve the sample; we order the series.
Quality starts before the order: which standards, documentation and certification the project requires is defined when quoting, and the manufacturer is chosen from those that can provide it.
Manufacturer certificates, declarations of conformity, inspection reports and traceability, according to the level agreed in the quote. Certificates and declarations belong to the manufacturer or supplier that issues them; Justicia Marin coordinates their request and availability when they are part of the scope.
The verification process
Cable assembly traceability is specified order by order, always with the same circuit: we define the requirement in writing, confirm that the manufacturer can meet it, agree the control and documentation that will accompany the material, and deliver with the planned record. When a project requires an electrical or functional test, the scope is defined with you and carried out by the manufacturer that has the necessary means.
01
The quote states in writing which standards, certification and documentation the project requires. We do not work with fixed packages: the level is adjusted to what each supply needs.
02
We check that the assigned manufacturer can provide what was defined and, where applicable, validate with samples before ordering a quantity.
03
Incoming inspection and the records that accompany the material are fixed before the order, according to the scope agreed for that supply.
04
Inspection report, certificates and traceability are delivered with the material when they are part of the agreed scope.
Traceability
Cable assembly traceability is organised by batch, order or part number according to what your project requires: documentary origin of the material, manufacturer certificates, incoming inspection result, dates and responsible persons. The level available also depends on the assigned manufacturer, so it is confirmed before the order: not all of them offer the same documentary depth.
Technical prudence
When a project requires specific standards, certification or documentation, this must be communicated before ordering. Justicia Marin selects the manufacturer and the documentation level according to defined requirements, but does not assume approvals that were not specified in the quote.
Note: any specific regulatory requirement is assessed at the quoting stage and documented per order.
When the project requires it, acceptance criteria can refer to industry documents such as IPC/WHMA-A-620; the reference does not imply certification or universal conformity of Justicia Marin.
Network capabilities
Cutting and stripping to length, calibrated crimping, soldering and tinning, marking and labelling, cable harness protection, conformal coating application, sub-assembly and electrical testing. Before entrusting an order we check how the manufacturer works in the process the assembly requires, because the quality and traceability of a cable assembly depend on who carries it out.
