This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies justiciamarin.com uses, what they are for and how you can accept, reject or change your decision at any time. The list reflects what the site actually runs in each case.
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser when you visit it. Alongside cookies there are technologies with a similar function, such as the browser’s local storage, which are also described here when used.
2. What this site uses
2.1. Before you decide anything
While the banner is unanswered, the site stores no cookie (the language cookie is only created if you choose a language with the site’s language selector). No third-party tool is loaded: no measurement, no advertising, no maps or videos.
2.2. Technical and necessary (no consent required)
| Name | Owner | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
pll_language |
First party (Polylang) | Remember the language you choose with the site’s language selector. | 12 months |
cmplz_banner-status, cmplz_policy_id, cmplz_functional, cmplz_preferences, cmplz_statistics, cmplz_marketing, cmplz_consented_services |
First party (Complianz) | Store your cookie decision so that you are not asked on every page. Created when you accept, reject or configure. | 12 months |
WordPress session cookies are only created in the site’s administration area; they are not installed for visitors.
2.3. Statistics (require your consent)
They let us understand in aggregate how the site is used. They are only activated if you accept the “Statistics” category; if you reject it, the site does not connect to Google.
| Name | Owner | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga |
Google Ireland Limited (third party) | Distinguish users statistically to produce site usage reports. | Up to 2 years |
_ga_KEN65T33PE |
Google Ireland Limited (third party) | Maintain the state of the measurement session in Google Analytics 4. | Up to 2 years |
Measurement uses Google Analytics 4, integrated through Google Site Kit. When you accept, your browser connects to Google servers (googletagmanager.com and google-analytics.com), which may involve an international data transfer (see the Privacy Policy and Google’s privacy policy).
Google Consent Mode (v2). By default, all signals (analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization) are denied. Only analytics_storage becomes granted if you accept statistics; the advertising signals always remain denied.
2.4. Marketing and advertising
This site does not use marketing or advertising cookies: there are no Google Ads, Meta or other advertising network tags. The category appears in the preferences panel and, if a tool were added in the future, this policy would be updated before it is activated and it would require your consent.
2.5. Third-party content
The contact page includes a link to Google Maps: nothing is loaded from Google until you click and leave the site. We do not embed maps, videos, social networks or third-party forms, and fonts are served from the site itself.
3. How to accept, reject or change your decision
When you first enter, a notice lets you accept, reject or view the preferences of the cookies that are not strictly necessary. Accept and reject look the same and sit at the same level, and rejecting needs no extra steps. Your decision is remembered for 12 months.
You can change or withdraw it whenever you want from the “Cookie settings” link, permanently available in the page footer. When you withdraw statistics consent, the _ga cookies are deleted from your browser.
Legal framework. Storing information on your device, or accessing it, that is not strictly necessary only takes place with your consent (Art. 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC; in Spain, Art. 22(2) of the LSSI), in line with the AEPD Guide on the use of cookies.
4. How to manage them from your browser
You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Blocking technical cookies may affect how the site works.
5. More information
